Lauri began her career with R& A Insurance Agency in 1986 as a commercial customer service representative.  After merging with Georgetown Insurance Service in 1995, she became the Commercial Lines Manager.  She has since transitioned to an ownership role focusing on commercial accounts, agency accounting and management.

In 1985 she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Biology from Luther College.  She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1991 and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 2002.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
